Return & Exchange Policy

1. Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used products. Once a product has been opened or used, it is considered final sale.

2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive a wrong item due to an error from our side, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Customer-Initiated Use
