Domestic Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver our natural skincare products to you as efficiently as possible while maintaining eco-friendly practices.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over 700 EGP,  For orders under 700 EGP , a flat rate will be applied.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 5-7  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship domestically within [EGYPT]. Unfortunately, we do not ship anywhere else.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you.

Return & Refund Policy

At ORGLAM, we stand behind the quality of our natural skincare products and want you to love them as much as we do! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us  with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us, Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement.

Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
